Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

You may return your order within 90 days of receipt if you are dissatisfied with your purchase. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The item must be returned complete with all its parts, components, and packaging in the same condition as it was received.
  2. The item must show only normal signs of use. Damage from careless handling will not be accepted.
  3. Items with hygiene concerns must be thoroughly cleaned prior to return.
  4. Any defects must be reported immediately upon receipt.
  5. We reserve the right to charge for the return shipping costs.
  6. Returns are processed within 7 working days, and acknowledgments are issued during this period if all conditions are met.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please ensure your order meets the above requirements and then follow these steps:

  • Email us at support@royalornate.com with the following information:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photo of the product (if applicable due to damage)

Upon receipt of your email, we will provide you with the correct return address. Do not return the item to the sender. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to cancel their purchase under the following conditions:

  • The cancellation period is 90 days from the day you, or a third party indicated by you, takes possession of the goods.
  • To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us at Royal Ornate through a clear declaration (e.g., email) of your decision to cancel this contract. The cancellation is effective when we receive the returned goods.
  • The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.
  • Refunds (excluding the original delivery costs) are issued within fourteen days of receiving the returned goods and are processed using the original payment method.
  • Please be aware that free returns are not offered and return shipping fees will apply.

Additional Notes

  • Orders are processed immediately due to our automated system, and shipping cannot be interrupted once initiated. Cancellations are not possible until the goods are received.
  • Please be aware of potential delays as our goods are shipped from Asia.
  • To facilitate a swift return process, we recommend sending a shipping confirmation once the goods are dispatched back to us.

Return Address

All returns must be sent to our central warehouse at the customer's expense.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if items appear used or damaged through actions not attributed to us.
